At NUNÉ, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied, you can return your order under the conditions below.


1. Return period

  • You can return items within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

  • After 14 days, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.


2. Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return.

  • The item must be in a resellable condition.

  • Trying on the item is allowed, but it should not show signs of wear, stains, damage or strong odours.

  • The item must have all original tags and packaging where possible.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

For clothing

  • Please try items on with care.

  • Keep underwear on while trying on items.

  • Avoid makeup, deodorant or perfume stains.

  • Fold items back into the original packaging as much as possible.


3. Non returnable items

The following items cannot be returned.

  • Gift cards.

  • Final sale items, if clearly marked as non returnable at checkout.

  • Items that are not suitable to return for hygiene reasons if the seal is broken.

4. How to start a return

To start a return.

  • Send an email to support@bynune.com.

  • Include.

    • Your full name.

    • Order number.

    • Item or items you want to return.

    • Reason for return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions within 1 business day, because the return address depends on your country or region.


6. Return shipping costs

  • If you return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or no longer want the product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • If you received a defective, damaged or wrong item, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or offer another suitable solution.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

  • NUNÉ is not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return.

  • We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item.

  • We will let you know if your refund is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund timing.

  • You can expect your refund within 14 days after we have approved your return.

  • Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping costs paid on the original order are usually non refundable, unless we clearly made a mistake, for example by sending the wrong item.


8. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for another size or color.

  • Contact us at support@bynune.com with your order number and exchange request.

  • We will let you know if the requested item is in stock.

In most cases, we will ask you to.

  • Return the original item.

  • Place a new order for the desired item.

This is the fastest and most reliable way to receive the correct size or color.


9. Defective or damaged items

If you receive a defective or damaged item.

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@bynune.com.
  • Attach clear photos of.
    • The defect or damage.

    • The packaging if it is also damaged.

We will review your case and offer one of the following.

  • A replacement.
  • A partial refund.

10. Wrong item received

If you received the wrong product.

We will correct the mistake and arrange a replacement or refund.
Any shipping costs caused by our mistake will be covered by NUNÉ.


11. Late or missing refunds

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it can take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you still have not received your refund 14 days after our approval, contact us at support@bynune.com.

12. Orders not picked up or refused

If a package is returned to us because.

  • Delivery was refused by the receiver.
  • The address provided was incomplete or incorrect.

  • Refund the product price, excluding the original shipping costs if any.
