Shipping Policy
At NUNÉ, we ship your order fast, safely, and at a fair cost. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is shipped, available delivery options, and related terms.
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping: $5.95 on orders under $50.00
- Free shipping: on orders of $50.00 or more
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- The Netherlands
- European Union, EU, countries
- USA and Canada
- Selected international destinations
We offer international shipping. Some locations are excluded. If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Other local charges
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs procedures may delay delivery.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost or severely delayed, contact us at support@bynune.com and we will help you resolve the issue with the courier.
If the courier marks your order as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Check your local delivery office or pickup point
- If the package still cannot be found, contact us as soon as possible
Incorrect Address
Make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Lost or Missing Packages
NUNÉ is not liable if an incorrect address is entered during checkout. Always double-check your billing and shipping address before placing your order.
If we make an error with the shipping address, we will resend your original order at no extra cost.
Customs
We are not responsible for any customs fees once items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that:
- One or more packages may be shipped to you
- Your package may be subject to customs fees when it arrives in your country
Shipping Time
Shipping time varies by location. The estimates below are business days and do not include processing time.
- United States: 3 to 12 business days
- Canada, Europe: 3 to 15 business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 5 to 15 business days
- Central and South America: 5 to 20 business days
- Asia: 5 to 15 business days
- Africa: 10 to 30 business days
Additional Notes
Processing time: 1 to 3 business days before shipment
Daily order cut off: 14:00, 2:00 PM. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day
Maximum delivery time: 30 business days
Customs and clearance: shipping times exclude customs and clearance delays
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available, this email includes your tracking number and a tracking link.
You can track your package via the courier website or the tracking link provided in the email.
Tracking shows, No information available at the moment
For some carriers, it takes 2 to 5 business days before tracking information is updated. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking update, contact us at support@bynune.com.
Multiple Packages
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if you selected combined shipping at checkout.
